description

Hi,

The download file ConfigMgr_SDK_2012_RTM.exe is no longer avalaible and SP1 file (ConfigMgr_SDK_2012_SP1.exe) according to MSDN the tsmediaapi.dll file is no longer included in the SDK.

So the BuildMediaFolder.ps1 script failed.

Best Regards.

Also the SiteRolesInstallation script seems to be dependent of tsmediaapi.dll.

Matt

Hi all,

this is a known issue that i'm trying to get fixed but at the moment there is no eta for this to be fixed.

the SiteRolesInstallation only depends on this dll for the dp, if you try to install any other role it will work.

PS. you can still download the RTM version from http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/F/6/0F6C47C3-269E-4359-987D-25657A994EC9/ConfigMgr_SDK_2012_RTM.exe or you can allow buildmediafolder.ps1 to download it from the net.

Seems that my proxy server had this file. i just tested and it is not available anymore.

for everyone that is looking for the SDK 2012 RTM, you can download it from http://www.dotnetwork.com.br/resources/ConfigMgr_SDK_2012_RTM.zip while i work out a way to have the DP installed without needed for the dll
